At DevTalks Romania, the Women in Tech Hub has grown from the well-loved Women in Tech Stage into a dedicated space for connection, conversation, and visibility. It has evolved into an area that goes beyond a technical agenda. Here, ideas flow naturally and meaningful discussions take place.
Today, with women making up over 37% of the DevTalks attendees, this hub exists to reflect their real impact across fundamental areas in the industry - engineering, software development, leadership, entrepreneurship.
Here, we are building a place where women in tech are represented, where experiences can be shared openly, and where the community continues to grow stronger together.
