Anca Luca is Chief Growth Officer at InnovX, one of the leading startup hubs in CEE, where she works at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building.

With a background spanning corporate, education, community-building and startup acceleration, Anca focuses on creating meaningful connections between founders, corporates, investors, and international markets. Over the past years, she has worked closely with hundreds of startups and scaleups, helping them access opportunities, partnerships, visibility, and growth beyond their local ecosystems.

She is actively involved in programs supporting women-led and deep-tech startups across Europe and strongly believes that real impact in tech does not come only from formal leadership roles, but also from the ability to open doors, connect people, and help others grow.
