Ana-Maria Masoud is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, intelligent automation, and organizational change across some of the world's most recognized companies, including IBM, CGI, Cognizant, and Hewlett Packard.

Today, as Country Manager at TQA Romania, an agentic AI consultancy, Ana-Maria leads the company's local operations and helps enterprises across Romania turn automation and AI into measurable business results. Her career began as a developer on AS/400 systems, giving her a deep technical foundation that she has built upon through successive leadership roles spanning software delivery, digital sales, and large-scale transformation programs.

Ana-Maria holds an Executive MBA from INDE MBA (BBS-ASE) and is President of the Alumni Association. She is a certified SAFe® Agilist and a published author, contributing to Bucharest Business Review, Today Software Magazine, and Republica.ro.

A committed advocate for diversity in technology, Ana-Maria actively works to inspire and empower the next generation of women leaders in automation and AI, bringing both personal experience and professional authority to that mission.
