Bianca Bărdaș is a marketing and commercial strategist with 15+ years of experience, who has led dozens of significant projects across Romanian and international markets: service launches, commercial repositionings, loyalty programs, and pricing strategies.

She co-founded Altstart Studio, a boutique pricing and commercial strategy consultancy working with businesses across Romania and CEE, and works as a fractional CMO, leading commercial strategy and brand positioning inside the companies she partners with.

What sets her work apart is that she works across the full value chain: value creation (the product or service), value perception (positioning and customer experience), and value capture (monetization and pricing strategies).

She holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht University and teaches Brand Management at Bucharest International School of Management.
