He currently leads the Legion Technologies development center in Romania - the company's first in Europe - which he built and operationalized from zero in under 12months. His background spans IT Operations, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and operational transformation across Oil & Gas, FMCG, and Technology. At Legion, Bogdan works directly with a fractional CISO, giving him a hands-on perspective on how fractional executive roles work inside a fast-scaling organization headquartered in Silicon Valley.
