Adina is the Director of Software Engineering for The Estée Lauder Companies' (ELC) Digital Technology Center in Bucharest. She is onboarding, developing, and grooming a team of talented professionals with a mission to deliver high-quality, luxury products to consumers around the world. A passionate coder, Adina joined the IT industry building a retail platform designed for brand drops. Intrigued by high-traffic and data-heavy applications, she has since developed ad serving solutions, mobile affiliate networks, and gaming platforms. She brings her vast experience to her role at ELC to shape new optimization strategies and ways of working.
