Georgina (Gina) Lupu Florian is the Founder & Co-CEO of Wolfpack Digital, an award-winning digital product agency with offices in Cluj and Dublin, building powerful web and mobile apps start-to-end for healthtech, fintech, greentech, IoT, beautytech, and mobility clients. With a background in engineering, psychology, creative industries, and management, she started as a developer and founded the company in 2015. A CESA Ecosystem Hero of the Year 2023, Gina is also a speaker, mentor, and community builder. She co-founded Women in Tech Cluj in 2018, and serves on the boards of Transilvania IT Cluster and Global Women TechLeaders. She champions innovation, diversity, and inclusive communities. She was a national finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition for 2024, and was named Diversity Role Model of the Year 2025 for Eastern Europe by Global Startup Awards.
