Alin Chiriac is the Founder and CEO of Adfaber, a non-profit organization that develops and implements national programs focused on digital education, AI skills, and online safety across Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

With over 18 years of experience in IT management and marketing, Alin works at the intersection of technology, education, and skills development, helping people navigate a world in which AI is rapidly transforming the way we learn and work.

Among the initiatives he leads is AI Training Hub Romania, a free program implemented by Adfaber in partnership with Talents for Tech and supported by Google.org. The program helps professionals from diverse fields develop practical AI skills and provides access to the Google AI Professional Certificate.

For more than 11 years, Alin has developed technology education programs for students and teachers through Adfaber, working closely with public institutions and technology companies. He also coordinates Eroii Internetului, one of the largest online safety and digital education programs for schools, with more than 30,000 teachers trained through Adfaber’s initiatives.

He is also the founder of Code School Clubs, where children learn technology through hands-on projects and practical experiences.

In 2017, Google and the Financial Times included him among the European innovators to watch, alongside prominent names in Romanian technology and innovation.

In his public talks, Alin explores AI, the future of work and education, digital skills, and how technology is reshaping the way people learn, build, and work.
