Elena Hartup began her career as a software developer, followed by more than 10 years in leadership roles, leading multicultural and cross-location teams of up to 30 people. This background gives her a deep understanding of organizational realities, leadership pressure, and business constraints.

Now she is a Professional Certified Coach and she works with leaders helping them find the inner balance they need to lead their teams effectively, plan strategically, create work environments where both leaders and teams can thrive, navigate change, and maintain a healthy work–life balance for long-term effectiveness. 

She is actively involved in the coaching profession, serving as a volunteer for the ICF Romania Chapter for over three years and as a Board Member since April 2025.
