As Territory CISO at BNP Paribas Romania, Andreea oversees security strategy, enterprise initiatives, and related activities across highly regulated environments. With over 8 years in information security and 11+ years in IT overall, she has navigated diverse contexts including business-as-usual, transitions, and runoffs, developing expertise in aligning security with business objectives while combining hands-on technical expertise with enterprise governance and risk management. 

She believes security is everyone's job, and that BAU in cybersecurity must continuously evolve alongside the threat landscape. In environments where the attack surface remaps hourly, staying aligned requires rethinking what "normal" means.
