Bogdan Neacsu is a technology leader with nearly two decades of experience in software engineering and engineering management, with a career spanning roles from software engineer to tribe manager. He has spent most of that time working in treasury and capital markets, building and leading solutions across collateral management, post-trade processing, regulatory reporting, and equity financing. His background combines strong technical depth with product and delivery leadership, including architecture oversight, cloud enablement, CI/CD adoption, test-driven engineering, and cross-functional collaboration in complex enterprise settings. Bogdan is especially passionate about solving difficult business problems through sound engineering practices and scalable system design. Away from the fast pace of engineering leadership, he enjoys exploring nature and capturing it through photography.
