Sport has always been a big part of who I am. Born in Bucharest, I grew up playing basketball, where teamwork comes first. Now based in France, in the Alps, I’ve added activities like climbing and backcountry skiing to my portfolio. Different countries, different sports, but always a balance between individual effort and moving as a team. That duality has followed me in my career as well. I’ve always been a developer at heart and loved technical complexity, but mentoring and coaching naturally became part of how I work. I moved to the management track five years ago, though it feels like a lifetime. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was less attached to writing the code myself and more energized by helping people grow and by how teams come together.
