Marius Cristea is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, based in Iași, Romania, with nearly 20 years of experience in IT and technology leadership. Since joining Amazon in January 2017, he has been driving AI transformation and operational excellence initiatives within the Compliance Field organization. 

As a Senior TPM in CORS AI, Marius leads the evolution of ELLA — from a conversational chatbot into a comprehensive multi-agent AI platform for enterprise operations. He specializes in orchestrating cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Software Engineering, balancing innovation velocity with operational stability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
