Nicole McWilliams leads Google’s Health Coaching & Wearables team, bridging the gap between innovative hardware and personalized software for the Pixel Watch and Fitbit ecosystems. While based in London, she oversees a global organization with teams across London, Warsaw, and Bucharest.

With a focus on empowering users to live healthier lives, her team builds seamless integrations across mobile and wearable platforms. Nicole also spearheads the evolution of AI-powered health tools, such as personal health agents and adaptive coaching, to deliver deeper insights and real-time support to users worldwide.

Prior to this role, Nicole led projects across Android Large Screens, Google Ads, Search, and Chrome, and brings experience from several startups.

A strong advocate for diversity in tech, Nicole founded and leads Google's nationwide partnership with Girlguiding UK, inspiring the next generation of female coders and engineers with age appropriate activities that introduce over 300,000 girls in their network to concepts like AI, coding and cybersecurity.
