I move on instinct, then refine with precision. This mindset is the thread that connects my life as a professional chess player to my work as a Principal Engineer. In both worlds, success depends on the ability to recognize patterns instantly and then execute with technical rigor.

My commitment to the ecosystem is driven by the belief that we grow fastest when we grow together. This led me to found and organize the Cluj CNCF Community, where I focus on building a space for local engineers to master the complexities of Cloud Native technology. When I’m not architecting systems, I’m back in the lab as a teacher at TUCN, helping students bridge the gap between theory and the high-stakes reality of modern engineering. For me, it’s all about giving back to the community and ensuring the next move we make as an industry is the right one.
