With over 20 years of experience, she has successfully led large-scale BSS Core Integration and Transformation programs, orchestrating complex technical ecosystems involving multiple vendors, stakeholders, and delivery streams. Her leadership has consistently driven operational excellence and seamless integration across diverse platforms. 

In the past two years, she has expanded her expertise into Digital Transformation, overseeing end-to-end management of the digital environment—from business analysis and solution architecture to agile development and automated production rollouts. Her strategic oversight has enabled scalable, resilient digital infrastructures. 

She has also spearheaded initiatives in Cloud Engineering, leading DevOps teams across multi-cloud environments, ensuring optimized deployment pipelines. Simultaneously, she built and scaled an AI Engineering team focused on the full spectrum of artificial intelligence—from legacy AI systems to cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks—positioning the organization at the forefront of intelligent automation and innovation.
