Dovile is an engineering leader with 15 years’ experience writing production code for large financial services platforms. She specialises in building and running fast, reliable financial platforms and currently leads the engineering teams at the core of LSEG Workspace, a mission critical platform for the global financial community. 

Dovile's career has exposed her to the full spectrum of technical challenges from writing low level code, to designing large scale systems and overseeing global engineering teams. She has a unique perspective on running scalable, agile teams while operating within rigorous regulations and fast moving environments. She is a passionate advocate for high velocity engineering and loves solving the hard problems that come with distributed systems at scale. Her work is focused on fostering innovation, championing talented developers, and leading teams that build systems powering global markets.
