Mikko has 2 decades of QA & testing experience. Last years Mikko's focus has been much on organizational level QA culture and community, competence development, coaching & training. Mikko's passion to QA & testing also extends to his free time as Mikko is one of the organizers of highly successful Finnish Testing Meetup Group activities. In addition to his full time employment as a QA Lead Mikko is also freelancing as a QA coach/speaker.
