Passionate about technology solutions, she combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to drive growth and innovation.

At ROTSA (Romanian Tech Startups Association), Diana serves as Executive Director and GTM Lead, spearheading initiatives that strengthen and scale Romania’s tech startup ecosystem. She works at the intersection of founders, accelerators, universities, investors, and EU institutions to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and cross-border collaboration. In her GTM role, she supports founders in validating markets, building scalable strategies, and connecting with international opportunities.
