Marian Haus is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BMW TechWorks Romania, where he oversees operations, strategy, and organizational growth for the innovation and software hub launched in Cluj-Napoca in 2024. With more than 25 years of experience in IT management and digital transformation, Marian combines global expertise with a strong entrepreneurial background to drive BMW TechWorks’ success. 

Marian joined BMW Group in 2011 and has since led multiple international teams and large-scale projects across Customer, Brand & Sales, and Financial Services. Most recently, he served as IT Manager Global DevOps Hubs in Munich, where he was responsible for building and managing distributed DevOps capabilities across the organization. 

At BMW TechWorks Romania, Marian plays a key role in scaling the hub — now close to 500 IT specialists — and in strengthening its role as a global software powerhouse for BMW Group.
