Bartosz Fijałkowski is the Head of the .NET Division at GFT Poland, where he leads a team of over 60 professionals. With a deep passion for integrating .NET technologies into the financial sector, he has contributed to the development of one of the largest trading platforms on Wall Street. Starting his career as a software developer, he rose to the position of department lead in less than a decade. During this time he has also served as an Engineering Manager for one of the world’s largest banks. In recent years, his focus has been on leveraging Generative AI to accelerate and optimize SDLC processes, driving innovation both within his organization and across the industry.
