Radu is a Software Engineer at EPAM Romania with over 10 years of experience in Python. In the past year, he focused more on the infrastructure side of platforms in order to fill those voids and unlock new inter-subject knowledge paths. Working on projects of different scales, complexities and at different stages of development taught him that the common denominator for smooth development cycles is getting everyone to agree on what needs to be done and why. This can only be achieved if all involved understand what is happening and where we need to go. His approach is simple: identify the pillars, understand the nuances, pay attention to the details and deliver solutions that fit seamlessly into the broader business context.
