Irina Pencea joined eMAG three years ago, during which time she took on the role of General Manager for eMAG Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria, consolidating the marketplace platform at a regional level. Under Irina's leadership, eMAG Romania achieved double-digit sales growth every year, set new Black Friday records, and expanded successful services such as Genius to Bulgaria and Hungary. She came to eMAG after 24 years in marketing and 10 years in entrepreneurship, during which she co-founded and led one of Romania's most awarded independent communication agencies and contributed to building successful brands in industries such as banking, e-commerce, telecom, retail, and energy.
