Alexandru Ghimisi is a Principal Engineering Manager at UiPath, where he works with highly talented engineering teams with one goal in mind: accelerating human achievement. Over the last 6 years at UiPath, Alex has been focused on bringing the best practices of classic engineering such as Source Control, automated deployments via CI/CD into RPA world. Now he is ready to tackle a new challenge: combining AI agents’ autonomy and high agency with RPA’s efficiency and reliability. Solving complex, highly non-deterministic problems efficiently with minimal human intervention has never been closer.
