A mathematics teacher by education and a software developer by passion, he brings over 25 years of experience across the IT industry as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, solution architect, and program manager. Currently, he serves as a Service Delivery Manager at HCLTech Romania, where he leads a team of young engineers delivering software and digital transformation services to clients across Europe.
