I’m a backend Go developer with experience in frontend and DevOps workflows, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on how teams collaborate on code. I’ve spent the last few years participating in and facilitating code reviews across remote and in-house teams, and I’ve seen what works and doesn’t.
What makes me uniquely suited for this talk is not just my exposure to different review cultures, but also a personal project I developed: a utility that integrates AI to analyze and explain compile-time errors in code. This tool emerged from a need to improve the quality and speed of feedback during reviews, especially for junior developers, and provides a practical angle on how AI can augment, not replace, human reviewers.
