With almost 20 years experience in the IT Field I started as a web developer back in the days, then I switch to Support Field and after few years (but not before) I reached the highest level in Support (Escalation Engineer) I moved towards QA field. A QA job offers a perfect blend of challenges, camaraderie, and personal growth opportunities, making it a truly rewarding career choice for those with a passion for technology and a knack for detail. Activating for more than 14 years in QA Field I managed to understand and apply successfully QA Processes, drive QA Community, train and coach QA’s and new teams by leading and mentoring them in becoming high-performing QA Engineers.
