With more than ten years of experience in the testing field I worked for several high-profile companies before joining Centric, where I was involved in different projects from desktop to web and mobile. I am currently managing the testing process for a tax application that involves multiple distributed teams: building test strategies and quality metrics, raising risks, providing testing and technical documentation, hands-on technical solutions and maintaining active communication with all stakeholders.
I am passionate about automated testing: I worked with different frameworks (Selenium, WebDriverIO, Watir, etc.) and made sure that the tests were part of the release management as automated quality gates.
I was part of a local testing community called: Iasi Testing Community and volunteered for an edition of the Romanian Testing Conference in Cluj. I had two presentations at CodeCamp conference in Iasi and I want to conquer more stages.
I am a certified trainer with a lot of experience in training people: inside the company and outside courses (university collaboration). I like to help others to find their career path and support their growth by using various educational instruments: from mentoring, coaching, or sharing learning resources.
I love nature walking, especially in the mountains, and taking pictures.
