MassMutual Romania joins DevTalks 2023, as Main Partner June 21-22, Romexpo, Pavilion B1

DevTalks Romania, the largest conference dedicated to developers and IT professionals in Romania, returns full on-site at Romexpo, Pavilion B1, on June 21-22, gathering over 3,500 participants and 110 international and local speakers, forming an exceptional anniversary edition.

The organizers are preparing 14 technical content stages focused on Java, Web, Mobile, Women in Tech, Big Data & Cloud, DevLead, Future of Engineering, DevOps, QA & Testing, Security, Product World and Gaming. Over 50 tech companies will be present in the exhibition area, and the participants will have the opportunity to explore new areas, with a strong impact in the community, specially built for the anniversary edition, such as Mobility Area, Tech Edu Area, Tech Fashion Area and beyond.

MassMutual Romania is actively involved in developing the local technology market, which is why it supports the 10th edition of DevTalks Romania as the Main Partner, alongside 53 other partner companies.

According to the study Most Desired Employers in Romania in 2023, which took place between December 2022 - April 2023, MassMutual Romania is the company with the fastest evolution compared to 2022, in the top preferences of candidates in the Romanian IT market.

During the event, MassMutual Romania will be present in the exhibition area, with a company booth and networking area. Participants will be able to interact with and ask questions to technical experts and company specialists and participate in a treasure hunt and trivia contest where they can win attractive prizes.

Michael Makar, Head of MassMutual Romania, will open the first day of the event, and Sharmila Ramar, Head of Cloud & DevOps Engineering at MassMutual, will be speaking about the role of FinOps in the Cloud and DevOps Transformation Journey. The second day will begin with an intro made by Georgiana Mitran, Team Lead Data Modeling – Barings, partner of MassMutual Romania, and a technical talk by Razvan Oancea, Lead Java Developer at MassMutual Romania, on the company’s transition to agile, focusing on stories of exploring leading-edge models.
