Diana Constantinescu is an experienced software developer with more than 15 years in the field. She is a development lead in Endava and starting 2021 she became .NET Community Lead in Bucharest. 

Diana has coordinated and she also was a trainer in multiple programs for both internal employees as well as external audience. Besides the tech roles, she is a dedicated career coach eager to guide and help others reach their potential.

Her core beliefs are honesty, self-improving and empowering others to become the best that they can be while enjoying the journey and having fun. 

Other than working in tech her other passion is trail running, and part of the training is chasing her kids to do their chores :).
