Born in Poland, married to Italian, living in Bucharest. Spent 20 years in UniCredit Group, in 10 different roles in People & Culture area, in 3 countries. Magda is currently taking care of People & Culture function in UniCredit S.p.A. Romania and she likes to think that her journey proves that it is wise to play with your strengths, have the courage to try new and unknown, never stop creating opportunities to learn. Words that stick with her: work hard (‘smart’ instead ‘hard’ is also ok, she still prefers ‘hard’) and be nice to people.
