In her leadership role in software engineering, she has developed extensive experience in software development, architecture, and the financial sector, spanning from trading to banking. As Head of Software Engineering today, she leads Methodologies, Program Management, and Tech Talent teams in innovative projects while actively advocating for Women in Tech and Leadership through public speaking and engagement at schools and universities.
