Mihai is leading the Cloud Delivery Management Organization at EPAM in Romania and is acting as BCP Service Delivery Manager. With more than 15 years of IT experience in different businesses like Telecom, Retail, Banking and EMEA IT Services, Mihai successfully performed in various roles like Project Manager, Product Owner, Country Manager, Business Relationship Manager and IT Leader, being focused on people growth, interfacing with clients and deploying technology to build great solutions for the customers. In terms of studies, Mihai has a bachelor’s degree in IT Transports, Politehnica University and a master’s degree in Information Security at Technical Military Academy, Bucharest. He is pursuing to become an excellent leader and performance coach, inspiring others to reach their goals and objectives and helping them grow in a proper environment
